Seed capital (start-up capital distributed by AI-CHRISWOV to Alabukom widows gardeners

We are committed to empowering widows through sustainable livelihood initiatives that promote economic independence and improved household well-being. By providing financial support and income-generating opportunities, we help vulnerable women build resilient futures for themselves and their families.
As part of this commitment, start-up capital was provided to the Alabukom Gardening Widows Group to strengthen their agricultural activities and expand their gardening enterprise. This support enabled members to acquire essential farming inputs, improve cultivation practices, and increase productivity, creating opportunities for greater income generation and food security.
The initiative not only enhances the economic capacity of the widows but also fosters teamwork, self-confidence, and community solidarity. Through collective gardening activities, members are able to share knowledge, support one another, and build sustainable sources of livelihood that contribute to their long-term financial stability.
By investing in women's economic empowerment, we continue to promote dignity, self-reliance, and community development while creating pathways out of poverty for vulnerable households.
