We are committed to restoring dignity, hope, and economic independence to widows living in rural communities. Through targeted empowerment initiatives, emotional support programs, and community advocacy, we help widows overcome the challenges caused by harmful traditional practices and social exclusion.
Over the years, we have successfully empowered more than 425 widows across 21 villages, providing them with livelihood opportunities, vocational training, financial literacy, small business support, and access to community networks. Beyond economic assistance, we offer counseling, mentorship, and emotional care to help widows rebuild confidence and thrive as active contributors to their families and communities.
Our work promotes gender equity, social inclusion, and sustainable development by ensuring that widows are protected, respected, and equipped with the tools they need to achieve long-term self-reliance. Together with local leaders and community stakeholders, we continue to challenge harmful traditions and create environments where widows can live with dignity, security, and hope for the future.
