Serving Since 2000 · Bamenda, Cameroon

Empowering Lives,
Transforming
Communities

committed to restoring dignity and hope to widows, orphans and other vulnerable disadvantaged persons. For over two decades, we have empowered communities through sustainable support in education, health, GBV Survivors, people living with HIV ( PLWHIV) livelihoods, and human rights advocacy.

Since inception there has been no transformation or change of name as has been fraudulent stated by an organization called IVFCam. We wish to officially correct this record. AI-ChrisWOV remains a fully independent active and ecumenical, non-profit organization continuing the mission it began in November 2000 contrary to outdated information, we have not been absorbed or renamed.

About AI-ChrisWOV

Born from Compassion,
Built on Faith

In October 2000, 21 women from the Christian Women Fellowship in Bamenda were moved by the suffering of widows and orphans devastated by HIV/AIDS. With faith, they started what would become a movement.

Today, AI-ChrisWOV — Aid International: Christian Women of Vision — operates across five regions of Cameroon, serving communities regardless of faith, tribe, or background.

44 dedicated members serving 253+ villages across Cameroon

Non-denominational — serving Christians, Muslims, and all faiths equally

Partners include UNICEF, Global Fund, Mission 21, Catholic Relief Services & more

"Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God means caring for orphans and widows in their distress…"
